To access your submissions via Google Drive you will need to integrate your form with Google Drive. Can you confirm if you have already done this? If not please review this guide for instructions on how to do so.

Thank you, Tasha. A folder has been set up/integrated with Google Drive. However, I don't see me form in that folder, and I am not sure how to send the form out to other people for completion. Here is the URL for the form: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=32556172149961
I'm sure this is very simple -- I just can't figure out how to get the actual form into my Drive as a document to share and send out.

In order to share a link tou your form please follow the next steps:
From your form builder:
1 - Select "Setup & Embed" tab.
2 - Click on "Embed Form" icon.
3 - Copy the provided link, this will be the url link to hsare your form.

I tried that, but it didn't work. A little background. I had already
created the form before integrating it with Google Drive. Is there any way

Upon checking your forms, I couldn't find that your form is integrated with google drive.
Just to clarify:
Google drive integration functionality is used to upload a pdf copy of the form's submitted data to your drive, I checked your form and I couldn't find any input field, thats why you don't see any submitted data to your Google Drive.
Google Drive integration will not transfer your JotForm(Form) to your google drive, it will transfer the data submited by the users to your Google Drive.
You will need first to create some text inputs in your form , like "Name" for example and the re-integrate your form to google drive, make some tests submissions and you will see them replicated at your google Drive after hitting submit button.
