    Conditional - Auto-Response

    Greetings,

    I have a project need to

    1 - collect some simple information via a form, including a prize code

    2 - Upon submission, send a notification to the user based upon the prize code they entered.

    If they entered prize code 1, send notification 1.

    If they entered prize code 2, send notification 2.

    etc...

    I'll also be integrating with MailChimp or another emaill service to collect their contact info.

    I have no idea what the actual prize codes are.  They could be multi-digit.  I don't yet know how many codes there are either.  I need to be able to test them and conditionally send respective custom notifications.

    Does this make sense and is it possible with jotform?

    Please advise today.  I need to advise my client whether or not I can do this for them.

    Hello sbohler,

    Yes, you can create a conditional auto-response.

    What you will need to do first is create the 2 or more auto-responses you need:

    1

    Then on the conditional wizard we use the Send an e-mail after Submission condition.

    I've created 2 different notifications depending on the birthdate. But it doesn't work : the emails are not sent !
