    HI JF,

    The new format for the Sheet to Form widget indicating the existing file name is very difficult to see. Appears to be a very dark blue on a black back ground. Perhaps a brighter color would be in order.

    Thought you should know.

    Oh.. and one other thing, why not use an xlsx. ico. and not a doc. ico. ?

    Best, Robert

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have forwarded it to our developers as a feature request on your behalf. Although we cannot guarantee that it will be implemented anytime soon, please be assured that once we have an update we will notify you right away on this ticket.

    Hi,

    If you are notifying them add these to the list;

    1. make more space for the sheet file name
    2. move the "Remove File" to line above and appear as a button
    3. allow use of g-sheets

      Best, Robert

    Hello Robert - I have relayed the first two items on the ticket.

    Regarding the third item, I need to create a separate feature request ticket for it, so I moved it here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2702662

    Hi,

    I know some things can take time to implement. But this is a real problem for me. It is just that I am having a very difficult time reading the existing file name and over looked an update for one of my forms, because it appeared to be the correct one, I thought 13 was 18, so, a club became annoyed that their information was not updated. I had to explain that my eyes just could not read the file name correctly, so, it got missed.

    So can we put a little pressure on the programmers to fix this irritant. I should think that just changing the text color, for a start, would go along way.

    Many thanks, Robert

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    The only we can do right now is leaving a message or asking for an update from our developers.

    I will do both. I hope this helps the ticket move or update faster. Thank you!

    Hello Robert - Unfortunately, we cannot provide ETA for feature requests. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

    But let me send a note to our developers, then as soon as we hear from them, we'll let you know here.

    Hi,

    Note, this is not a feature request, this a request to fix an issue, it should never have been done in this manner in the first place. You need only checkout this your self to apricate the difficulty in reading dark blue text on a black background. This appeared after a recent upgrade. I don't know how many of your users use this widget, percent wise it is likely very low, so, it is unlikely you will get many other complaints. Perhaps this particular widget upgrade could be removed.

    In any case, thank you for send a note to your developers, I wish I could do so...

    @JohnRex ; [Sarcasm in my note is not meant for you.]

    Rest assured, you will be hearing from me again, from time to time, until resolved. The ETA for my next one, is unknown. I will let you know here.

    Very best, Robert

    {It appears I cannot add another comment below the last Jotform posting, so, I will add it here...}

    The issue is now resolved, thank you for the prompt response. The contrast now is perfect and the extra spacing is also helpful.

    Over the years I have commented on many occasions how GREAT the JF support is and this resolution proves it again. Thank you, GOOD WORK BY ALL :)

    Very best, Robert

    Hi Robert,

    The escalation was changed from a feature request to a bug report by one of the support members and it will be treated as such. We really appreciate your concerns and will definitely inform you here as soon as an update is available.

    Thanks

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The issue has been resolved. Now the file name is more readable and we have also added some space after it. Please check out the widget once again and let us know if the issue persists on your end. Thank you for reporting the issue.
