Form width can be changed directly in the form builder.
Form height is auto by default, it automatically changes depending on the length of your form elements. However, you can always define a specific height on your form by injecting custom CSS code. You can use the following.

You can make the input fields shorter by injecting the CSS below. You can adjust the px to what you would like.
height: 10px !important;
