I have a contributor tell me he is unable to use our contribution form. I am using Stripe.
After he inputs all of the required info, he gets an error saying that expiration date needs a numerical value; however, the expiration asks for the text form of month rather than number.
I have had successful contributions in the past. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to receive a screenshot of this message? Asthe drop down menus on the payment tool function with text by default. I would susggest to reintegrate the payment tool.

This just happened to me as well. I would love to know the solution. I've never had this happen before. My client is trying to pay and it won't accept the card because the month needs to be numeric - when the drop down is text. ?? I've had two successful payments processed with the form.
