I created a form visible here ..
I need that if a person selects a type of dance class and then change your mind. can.
now if I select a course at any given time I can no longer clear it ... but rather 'I'm forced to keep selected one of 3.4 courses in the slack of time ...
you can 'see to it that a person can clear?

I am having a hard time understanding what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to hide a field when your user selected an option from the radio button? Can you elaborate further what you are trying to come-up so that I can walk you through the process on how to create it.

in a few words the form and 'divided by various courses divided by times ...
if a user selects a course to 09 and then change your mind .. the user can not deselect ..
for each group of courses selected if I click on one .. then I can no longer clear.
this only happens after I select a course ..
Once selected, the form requires a check mark .. I can no longer leave it unchecked.

In order to let the user deselects options previously chosen, use "checkbox" instead of radio buttons.
