Hi support team
The sales force integration doesn't work.
Is this limited to a paid subscription ?The problem is that even after the integration nothing is changing on Sales Force when you fill out the form
In that particular example I mapped just the name to find the record and one other to update the field but when I test this and fill out the form nothing happens on Sales Force.

Salesforce should work on free plans also.
I have tested a cloned version of your form and I am able to create an account.
I would suggest you try to clear your browser's cache and re-integrate Salesforce in your form.

I am able of creating a new record, but how can i conect the form with an already existing account?
So i created via the form Richard test
and I was trying to change with the form the topic "Hierarchie" from "tief" zu "flach", but i didnt worked. -

Hi there,
In your Salesforce integration settings, I am not seeing the change you applied, can you put it in?
Perhaps use a clone of the form to test it: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

It didnt add something to Richard test at "Firmenkultur"
how can I make this happen?

Not sure why it doesn’t work to your form, but I see you still use the salesforce legacy. Can you please try out the new Salesforce integration in a test/newly create form and see if it works there?

So i tryed it now with salesforce legacy instead the normal one. And it worked!

So next Problem!
With salceforce Legcay i am able of connecting the form with an existing account and change it.
But i can't connect the form with a the custom field Opportunity.This option is just in the new sales force integration which dosen't work for us atm.
I tryed basicly all diffrent option you can think of to connect it succesfully but nothing works.
I tryed find an object + create
just find objekt
just create
find objekt + create new object within the thing
create and option + update box
and more....
What am i missing? -
