    Dropbox integration broken: Unable to re-integrate form with dropbox.

    I've been trying to go through the steps to integrate Dropbox into a form and everytime I get to the API intergration step, I get nothing but a blank screen in a pop-up, athttp://www.jotform.com/api/dropbox/

    Every browser I've tried gives me the same thing. Help!

    Hello namhuan,

    I could not replicate this issue with my form and I was able to integrate with dropbox successfully. It could be most likely be browser related issue and clearing your browser cache should solve it.

    Clearing the browser cache doesn't fix it.  I had it working the first time after it sat there blank for a couple of minutes, but now it won't load in any browser, no matter how long I wait.  Yes, I know how to clear the cache.

    I removed it because it wasn't working (files wouldn't show up in dropbox), I tried fiddling with the 'folder name' thing and it never worked, so I removed it to re-activate the integration and now it just won't load.  Chrome and Firefox do the exact same thing.

    I still cannot reach http://www.jotform.com/api/dropbox/ after trying several ways: clearing cache, trying different browser (FF, Chrome, IE), changing proxy, and reseting internet modem. Still the blank page everytime.

    ATTN JOTFORM DEVS:

    When you try to 'remove integration' through the editing interface, it doesn't stick.  It won't show as being active when you go there in the submissions form, but if you click on the 'integration' and then 'dropbox' in the editing form it tells you that you already have integration with dropbox.  I have tried all possible steps of removing the integration and then killing the browser to clear the cache, but I am stuck in a loop where it always thinks I have integration already through the editing interface, even though the checkbox will remain clear in the submissions form.

    I hope this helps you guys to solve this issue, because I can't.

    same problem here!

     

    dropbox integration is not working corretly.  Doesn't send the files, only the PDF's with info.

    I wanted to disconnect and reconnect to dropbox but the pop-up screen stays blank!

     

    edit:  not cache related, different browsers, different computers, it doesn't work at all.
