I received an email saying we had to upgrade or our account will be suspended

    We recieved an email saying we had exceeded our storage limit and our account will be suspended if we don't upgrade by 12.00pm EST today - see below.


    We have now cleared some of the forms that were taking up the space so is our account OK now?

    Once you freed up some space you will be able to continue using your account without the needing of upgrade.

    Upon checking your account status, I can confirm that your account will still working.
