Hi SWC, I've looked at your form but I'm not quite sure that I understand what you are trying to achieve here. I see where you left the quantity as 1 which is changable by option. So probably your best bet would be to go back into your Payment Tool and modify this.

At the moment though, I am mainly confused on where to help you with this right now because I don't know if you are trying to eliminate that as an option or if you want to have that as the default for 5 people? Can you please clarify and we will be more then happy to step in to help you out more.

I am trying to set it up where people can make one payment on via Paypal or check with an option to register several people or just one person.

ie.  i will make a payment on my credit card but i will register 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 etc..  people but i need to have each person's name and e-mail that will attend the event. How do i change the form to reflect that?

This form is a bus registration and I need to check every person in the day of the event.

The easy solution is to add a Matrix field to the form. It can have multiple rows and text box inputs.

I have also injected custom css in order to increase the text boxes within this matrix:

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {width: 150px;}

You can Clone mentioned form to your account in order to check it.

The other possible solution is to use conditional logic on the form in order to show predefined fields (Person 1, Person 2, etc).

However, we do not have anything that will autogenerate the fields, so we will need to set the conditions for added for fields.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Is there any way that i can have it as a drop down selection so it does not
tape up so much room in the form.
ie. # of registrations choice 1 - 5 if I choose one then one comes up
asking for Name and email if I say 5 then 5 come up. I don't want the form
to be so cluttered. Thank you.

There's a few different ways you can shorten your forms.

    (1) Pagebreak - This one you can separate really long forms into short Pages

    (2) Collapse - With this you'll be able to Expand and Collapse sections of the form to shorten it

    (3) Free Text (Html) -  Using the Html Field you can separate your form into smaller parts with some of it collected on an embedded alternate form such as having two payment options.

All of these you can then implement different conditions with to allow these to be controlled by various rules to take effect with certain actions.

Here's an example of your form with the use of some of these involved to make it more cohesive.
