Temporary Back end unavailable

    Hi,

    I have Jotform HIPPA account, and I haven't been able to log in for a week now. This is the message keep popping up:

    "We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume between our front-end and back-end servers, and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience."

    How can I access my account?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Our developers were aware of the issue, I believe this has been reported the other day. Are you still unable to access your forms? I have cleared your form cache on our end, can you also try using a different browser if the issue persists?

    It has been working for months but I see the same error coming up,
    "temporarily back end unavailable".
