Problem with sender's reply address

    Hello I'm having trouble with my latest form with you


    I am trying to set up my email so that when it arrives in my gmail inbox i press reply on gmail and it replies to the sender not myself or "no". On recipent settings even if i select sender's email or reply to email address I cannot get it to function the way I want.

    I have made a previous form with no trouble at all, copying the setting on it are impossible somehow becuse that older form is set to:

    sender name - "your name"

    sender email - " " (blank)

    reply to email - "none"

    this functions perfectly I dont know how but it does.



    Is there something im missing?

    Hi Jack,

    Good day! Just as you know that we have made a few changes to how our Form Notification (even Auto Responder) works. We have removed Sender Email using Custom Address (Email Field) directly from the settings AND can only be restored by setting up SMTP Account through Mandrill. Here's how: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address.

    After setting up Mandrill Settings, you will have the ability to select From E-Mail Address and Reply-to Email Address as shown on the image below:

    We've made this changes inline with the system abused report which caused problems to our Email Servers. This is how you can restore the function. Additionally, Mandrill lets you monitor outgoing and bounce emails. They also have the settings to let you track emails.

    By the way, don't get Confused by the "Sender E-Mail". That will be overridden by the From Address or Reply-to Email Address. When you receive an Email and hit reply, the From E-Mail and/or Reply-to Email address will be use as the Recipient. See screenshot below:
