Autoresponder > file attachment: error on files recieved on autoresponder email

    I'd like to add an attachment to my autoresponder email. I upload one to use as the attachment. When my autoresponder email arrives, there is an attachment but when I attempt to open the pdf attachment I get the attached error.

    There does seem to be an issue with attachments added to an autoresponder email.

    I tested this on my demo form with a simple PDF file and it is showing an error when I received it. I was able to open that file separately. So the PDF file itself does not have an issue.

    I did not get this same error that you have shown. I got this error:


    When I clicked on Download, the file downloaded and when I checked the downloaded file, I got this error:


    I am escalating this issue to our back end team. Once there is an update we will let you know via this ticket.

    I believe you are able to open the PDF document separately without any issues.

    I would request you to re-upload the file on your autoresponder and then check again.
