I sincerely need your help for something bit spaecial.
i got an issue today about network connection which was broken. during this time, customer was unable to submit request.
by this way I got an idea about which I would like you to help me achieve it plse.
1- can i have an offline [thank you page] ?
2- the customer just launch directly the page from the desktop
3- when he click on the icon [VOTRE TICKET] he can print the page directly as ticket
4- therefore each click on the [VOTRE TICKET] change automatically the number.
can you please help on this

This is not possible since the form itself is an online form. The submit request will always require to be online.
May I ask how your customers uses the form? Are they not over the internet or online?
The way I understand it, what probably needs fix is the network connection problem so that you do not have to resolve to using the offline thank you page.
You can always create your own thank you page after submission of the form. This is by using the Custom URL Thank You page.

what Im asking is a backup solution which allow customer continuing send requests even network break down.
because today i get this issues for 2h.

We do not have the offline submission option. However, there is one thing that you can try:
Than Auto Fill option is saving the users' answers in their browsers. This can help with unstable connection. For example, user is unable to submit the form due to the connection error, but the Auto Fill option is there, so this will save the data on the browser. The next time user will open the form, he will see that the form data is still there (populated from browser local storage).
