Email: IMPORTANT! hey sorry but my emails were bounced again during testing email sending on my notifications.

    please unbounce these, and keep them unbounced if possible. what can cause bouncing again? 

    it seems now it was unbounced i went to test the email notifications and it gets bounced again?

    i cant get anything done. please help me.

    example@chaosmachinedivision.com

    Hi,

    We apologized for the inconvenience. Your email was in our bounce list due to the reason below. I have removed it from our list and you should be able to receive emails now.

    Result: sales@chaosmachinedivision.com is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

    You can try to whitelist jotforms IP addresses and domains. If the problem persist try to contact your email service provider have they include the jotforms domain and IP address.
