please unbounce these, and keep them unbounced if possible. what can cause bouncing again?
it seems now it was unbounced i went to test the email notifications and it gets bounced again?
i cant get anything done. please help me.

We apologized for the inconvenience. Your email was in our bounce list due to the reason below. I have removed it from our list and you should be able to receive emails now.Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

ok, yeah that was the issue last night. anyway to avoid this again?

You can try to whitelist jotforms IP addresses and domains. If the problem persist try to contact your email service provider have they include the jotforms domain and IP address.
