How can I change my account type from Premium to Free

    I have Premium account and I need to change in Free.  I go Account Settings, press Cancel to Next Billing and I am lead to Plimus Site.  I need there a password which I do not have.

    Hi,

    If you don't have your Plimus password, you can have it reset by going to this page and entering your email address and Plimus username, which can be found in the email message they sent you after you first paid for your subscription.

    After resetting your password, you can then log in to Plimus and cancel your subscription. Note that your account will remain intact but will be reverted to a free one.

    If you're having problems cancelling your subscription, I can instead do it for you. Let me know if you need any help. Thank you for using Jotform.

    I have the message from Plimus after my first paid.
    I can not found my username. Νowhere is it written.
    Please, do it for me.

    My interest is to define which month I want to pay easily. Next month did
    not need.

    Hi Nikos,

    I have successfully cancelled your subscription. You shall not be billed anymore, unless you re-subscribe to us.

    I understand what you mean about being able to subscribe and unsubscribe easily. I do know that some businesses do not perform as well in certain months, hence the need to turn Premium on and off instantly.

    Your Plimus username is in the email. It is made up of numbers and does not look lika username that is why you must have missed it.

    Anyway, cancelling can be easily done by posting a cancellation request in this forum. Our support team members can do that for you in the soonest time possible.
