Can you try replacing the text Clone of Athlete Handbook Download Form in the a tag with the image as shown below.

    <a class="lightbox-32666201988159" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;"><img src="//berkshiresocceracademy.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Early-Enrollment-Discounts.jpg"/></a>

Please give that a try and let us know if it works for you.

Thanks for the help, I just tried it and I the img button is unclickable. I'm not sure if you'll be able to see, but the test site is: http://berkshiresocceracademy.com/?page_id=3449&preview=true

I am not seeing the form on your page but it might be a case where you need to add a z-index to the css for that button. You can try adding something like this style="z-index:1;" to the a tag.

If it is possible for you to share the page with the form with me I can provide a more accurate solution.
