    Hello Matthew,

I tried looking up your account using the email address matthewchandler@renaissance.co.uk, I found a guest account but without a form under it. Can you give me the username of the account that has the form that is giving you problems?

Anyway, have you tried using a different browser to clone your forms? If not, please do so. You may download Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Neil,

Yes sorry, the form is actually registered to Corporate Health (I'm a member of their IT support team). I don't know which email address the account is registerd to but the URL is: http://form.corporatehealth.co.uk/login/

I use Firefox as standard, but have just tried it in IE8 and have seen the same error.

    Hey Matt,

I believe that your company is using a Jotform Licensed Solution. Unfortunately, I do not have the capability to provide support for that product. What I can do instead is submit a report ticket for your issue so that our development team who are in charge of supporting this product will be notified about your issue.

Please stand by as we call their attention to have them assist you in your problem. Thank you for your patience.

You need to upgrade to PHP 5.3:

Please do not post JotForm Application questions on this forum. Thanks!

    I know I am not suppose to post here however, I used this solution and now I don't know what to do;

Up until today, I was able to clone - no issues in my forms - http://www.agcforms.com

Nothing on my side has changed.

But, today I went to clone a form and had the following error.  'Could not find class in get_called_class()

I checked my server and found I was running a php 5.0 so I upgraded like the above said to do. After trying different browsers of course.

Now I get the following message when trying to clone = Error on query: INSERT INTO `forms` (`id`, `username`, `title`, `height`, `status`, `new`, `count`) VALUES(22984948939, 'admin', 'Clone of NBC Free Mobile Business Card (V4.0)', '3644', 'CLONING', 0, 0)
Error returned:Duplicate entry 'admin-' for key 2

I am guessing that upgrading didn't help any?

I am against a timeline for a trade show tomoorw. Any help would be greatly appricated. If you could just tell me where to go to post a question or email - that would be great.

    Hi Robbin,

Unfortunately, you are probably not going to recieve as timely a reponse as your would like, but can you please send any licensing/JotForm engine related enquiries to contact@interlogy.com

We genuinely are not skilled enough in that area to help you out.
