I'm having challenges understanding exactly your request, if you refer to that your forms are not getting payments, I can see that you have reached your monthly submissions limit, that why your forms are disabled.
If you need more monthly submissions you can upgrade your plan https://www.jotform.com/pricing or wait until the first day of the incoming month to get your monthly submission limit resetted.
