Just wondering why only some images are showing as images in my submissions and others show as text links/URL's?
I've created a form to collect both files and photos from artists and some of the images they have uploaded show as an image but the 3 photos options (page 4 I think) show up as text links only and I have to download each one to see what it is. I'd rather have it so that each file is visible as an image where a jpg or other image file is uploaded.

...Actually I just realized that it seems to be more an issue with earlier submissions and just to clarify, I'm referrinfg to the section in the top of the page where I view submissions in my jotform account for that form.

The images thumbs feature of uploaded files, is a quite new feature. That's explain why earlier submissions not showing the image thumb.
Is this issue only happening with earlier submissions or with the new ones too?

Its hard to tell for sure as the later one's seem to be OK except there is an overlap on the same date where one submission that has loaded the thumbs successfully and was made earlier than another that doesn't work work. These two sumbissions seem to be the pivot point at which the thumbs start to appear but for some reason they are in th eopposite position of what you would expect.
(If they were swapped around then all the submissions leading up to the point at which they astart to appear would be displaying incorrectly and hence all that are displaying correctly would continue from this point without interruption in the pattern).
I hope that makes sense - I'm sure there is a simpler way to explain it but I'm kind of in a hurry.

upon checking your form's submissions page, I was able to see all the thumbnails corresponding to each submission, just to clarify: Uploaded PDF files will not generate a thumbnail because they are not image files.

How about these?
I cannot see any thumbnails for these for questions: Photo 1/Photo 2/Photo 3:
All of these have data available for viewing (in the top section of the submissions page) only up to, and ending with the question:
Are you insured via Duck-For-Cover entertainers insurance?
I'm viewing it in google chrome but have tried it in firefox too.
