    Submit button not appearing

    My submit button appears sometimes only - depends on the computer - On my mac in Safari no problem ; My Mac Firefox - no submit button - and no upload photos - On my work PC submit button does not appear in Safari or firefox...

    Hi Maggie,

    Thank you for your message. There appears to be variations on how different web browsers interpret your website code (including the form embed code you used), with some hiding the lower portions of the form, including the Submit button.

    I believe the best solution which has worked wonders for other JotForm users who had the same concern is to use a universally-accepted embed code such as the iframe embed code. Please remove the current embed code you used on your website and replace it with the iframe embed code found on your Embed Code Wizard:

    Thanks so much This has worked perfectly .and it has really increased my submissions..
    I guess I will be soon moving onto your paid service- great news for both of us .. m
