I wanted to use this for artists to enter inventory to bring it to a show or gallery exhibit. When I try to export this data after it has been filled in all the info gets entered into one cell rather separated. Is there a way to export this data so it isn't listed as one answer?

Unfortunately, there's no option to achieve that - splitting data collected using the Configurable List widget. If you're using Excel, you can manually split it by using this guide: https://www.cedarville.edu/insights/blog/excel-how-to-parse-data-split-column-into-multiple.aspx
