Hello, first time ever using this site and was creating some survey forms to put on our church website for first and seconf time guests to get a feeling of what they liked or didn;t like etc etc and have been testing them out and now just got an e-mail saying I was at my SSL limit. I had no idea there was a limit or what that actually means. Is that saying that if are form is an SSL that say only 10 people could respond to the survey per month and if not using secure that 100 people could respond per month. Also is that overall as we have a 1st time guest and 2nd time guest survey so would the 10 SSL or 100 non SSL be total for both or would each survey get 10 SSL and or 100 non SSL. Assuming it's the former 10/100 total for both. Thanks again and hopefully you can clear up this confusion for me. I also did not receive any sort of e-mails until after I basically reached my limit so I got an e-mail saying I was close to my limit which it showed 9 but then immediatly got the e-mail saying I had met my limit and that the forms will be disabled. So I got no real notice.

Free accounts do only get 10 SSL Submissions / 100 Submissions total. After reaching those amounts the account closes. It does reset on the 1st of the month, once it resets you can continue using your account as normal.
I can tell submissions are all tests. I will go ahead and reset the account as we can perform this test as a one time exception. Kindly make sure not to use SSL on your forms. (make sure the address used starts http://form. instead of https://secure.)
Do logout and log back in and try your account again. If you do need additional assistance. Do let us know. Thank you

OK thank you very much for the response and for helping me understand better. Everything has been reset back to 1 and so I will now know not use secure forms. I love the site and how easy it made things so thank you for that.
