My form reached its monthly maximum quota...

Asked by LawConf on September 27, 2013 at 08:20 AM

...So I inceased my quota by sending a link on facebook etc from 100-170. It then reached 101 applications and has now been disabled saying it has reached maximum quota. I was under the impression that I could increase the allowance to bridge the period until the next monthly allowance would be instigated. Is this not the case? and when will be my form re-open?

    Kind regards,

    Sonia

    Hi,

once you reached your monthly submissions limit, your forms will be disabled until the next month's first day when the monthly submission counter gets resetted.

Your forms will be available again from next month's first day, if you need to increase your form's submission limit you should upgrade to a paid plan.

I put your submission counter to 90, be advised that I can make this just one time per user, next time you will have to wait until the counter gets resetted  or upgrade to a paid plan.

    Thanks
