Your submission data remains. You will be able to access and manage them as is.
Since you downgraded, the difference will be on the limits of your account. This will take effect on new incoming submissions or useage of the forms.

Is there a way to download all the uploaded files to the form as a backup?

We do not have a 'download all' button, but I think that we will implement an App for it. We hope to launch our Applications Gallery in the next one or two weeks. The download app might be on that gallery. Thank you.
