Can donations be linked to Opportunities in SalesForce?

    If taking donations through the form, can it be linked to Opportunities or a Custom Object in Salesforce? If not, where does payment info go? eg one contact could make numerous donations.

    My client is a non profit organisation working in training underprivileged youth - do you offer 50% off your special offer? - cheeky question :-)

    Hi Julie,

    May we ask which Payment Processor will you plan to be used to collect donations?

    You may, however, link to a Custom Object in Salesforce. You may collect the user's name, email, phone, etc, and have it connect correspondingly to the field. You may also collect the amount of donation through Text field in Salesforce. The following image used Paypal as Payment Processor.
