I am unable to receive email notification.

    I am trying to send it to anouther email of mine in order to see how it will show up and be filled out but it will not send out. PLEASE HELP

    Hello,

    I have checked your email address associated with your account and the email address that have been set on your email notification. Both are not in the bounce list.

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.
