Order form with multiple size and quantity

hello we are setting up a store and need to know ho to mark products by size and numbers.

so if we only have 2 size smalls and 5 mediums is there a way to show that.

Yes its possible. First you need to enable sub products from options inside the size option for each product you have listed.

For example:

Then hit the green button "Save option" and then the other green button "Save product"

And it should look like this:
