Hi, we have received a refund of $37.56 from JotForm, we have to track down this refund but there's no record of it in the account area.
Please help. Thanks.

Hi QSASIA,
Thank you for contacting Support.
The system processed a refund when you upgraded to Gold Monthly.
However, it seems the system already took the renewal payment for the Silver monthly therefore the system refunded the renewal payment.

Unfortunately, the payment processors don't generate invoices for refunds, we only have the record about the refund on the logs, we can share a screenshot of that if that works for you.

Hi Kevin, please email a screenshot for the amount USD-24.72 (that was credited to our account)
And another USD41.73 was charged (on 12.09.2020) as well which I don't see in my billing history (see pic below)
If you can find it, please email both, we are rushing for year-end closing.

The invoice for the charge showing up on your screenshot is the last one on your account, here is the link: https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/invoice/INT201209-4738-81414B
The difference is that the amount on the billing section of your account doesn't show the tax, while the final invoice does.
