Can I limit the number of rows to show in my table reports?

Asked by millionsquarefootartshow on September 28, 2013 at 01:45 PM

I would like to have information that is submitted in my form show up on my website which works just like the table form. But I only want to show one row of the form rather than the ability to scroll through all of the submissions. Giving the essence on my site that the information is being 'updated' rather than 'added to'

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Lance,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to limit the number of rows or submissions when creating a table or even a grid report.

What I could suggest is to modify the table report embed height and set the scrolling to NO. Example Codes:

    <iframe src="//www.jotform.com/table/32705506890052" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 60px; min-height: 60px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

You should NOT be able to show all the below contents/submissions when scrolling it set to NO.
