Cancel subscription and refund last payment

    Hi, I need someone to cancel that charge, please. We haven’t used JotForm this last year very much, and we were trying to decide if we wanted to continue with another year for one of the specials you were offering right now. We haven’t been working with this business due to Covid, so this huge $390 Charge just sent our account into the red. Please please help...
