How can i chart my responses?

    Hi, I have created an evauluation survey. There are 5 different areas that users are evaluating on a training day we had. They are: Presentation 1, Venue, Catering, Presentation 2, Workshops. i Used the 'matrix' under survey tools to do this - the options are very satisfied, satisfied, somewhat satisfied and not satisfied. What I want to do is chart each individual area. I have tried exporting to excel and creating a chart but it does not recognise the text to chart it... i think this is the problem. I have also used the 'reports' tool in Jotform and used the visual report builder but this just gives me one overall chart of all responses together. Is there anyway I can get 5 different charts for these 5 different areas either in excel or jotform. all help appreciated.

    Hello HolyTrinity,

    At the moment, it is not possible to modify the visual report builder based on what you would like to accomplish.

    You can download the reports in Excel format and use the Pivot table feature of Excel.  This way you can modify your charts based on the preference that you wish, this depends on the data you have collected for your pivot table.  You can learn more about Excel Pivot tables on this link:
