hello i have purchased sms api from http://reseller.dove-sms.com/welcome.do so how whould configure this to cell number when ever form is submmited the data should be recived by carrier number i have enter please help me on this its form INDIA

I'm not quite sure how you sms api gateway works, but I'll list the possibilities that you have to connect your form with an external application:
You can send form's HTTP POST notifications to the sms gateway with this technique.
Thank You page and PHP.
You can send POST data fro JotForm using PHP in custom thank you page
Form's source code:
You can download your form source code and modify it in order to make it work with the sms gateway.
At any of this cases you will need programing knowledge, or you can hire a developer in order to make it work.

well i know how this work i need pass all the varible in to string like http://some.com?username=username&password=password&sendername=name&mobileno=91xxxxxxxxxx&message="$varibale"
what should i right at variable palce i have taken $var5 and assing all the varible into but doesnt work

Are you trying to send this from your php file "http://www.propzonegandhinagar.in/redirect.php"?
What you should do is pass the message from your form to this redirect.php in query string and read this query string in your php file. Once you have this value you can append that in your SMS gateway url.
If you need to pass the "Message" text to your custom thank you URL, here is the example:
You actually need to know the name of the form fields to be able to read and append in your custom url. Here is a guide which should help you know the field names: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters
In the above guide, look for the section "For text boxes, text Area fields, radio buttons, drop down menus:"

thanbk i got that now its causing problem when send on custome url that redirect.php and than send sms api i no parameter apper its so mssage not enogh patameter well on local host its running fine

Are you reading the query string variable and populating the url correctly in your redirect.php?
If the values are populating in localhost it should work fine in the live page too unless there is some missing parameter values.
Can you please debug and see that all parameters have values in your gateway URL?

There is soome confusion here. I gave you the guide link for you to understand how to get your field names.
Anyway, I am not sure what code you have written in redirect.php but here is your custom thank you URL through which you can read the values in your php file.
After the form is submitted and user is redirected to this thank you page, you can write php code to read these values of query string. Once you have these values, you know how to pass it to your SMS gateway url.
