Quantity Gift Registry: Error in calculation

    Good morning,

    We seem to be experiencing some issues with our Jotform registration forms. Our registrations are full but spots are still showing up. How do we fix this so that we are not over enrolling.

    Hi Julie, thank you for reaching us.

    I encounter issues in your registration field, which uses Quantity Gift Registry widget. 
    I have escalated this ticket to our back-end team. We will inform you through this ticket as soon as we have updates.

    In the meantime, if it's okay with you, you may want to switch to our Inventory widget.

    Great, thank you! If I switch to Inventory widget, will I lose all of the submissions received so far?

    The issue was caused because of a temporary glitch and our backend team has fixed this issue now.

    Please test your form again and see if your form works as expected. Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Hi Julie,

    I checked out your form and I noticed you have added 0 for the count of "Enter Accompanying Adult & Child(ren)". Please note that the count for an item should always be equal or greater than already submitted total count for that item. If you still use the form please update the count for the first item in the widget's settings and it will fix the issue. If you need further assistance please let us know.
