Is it possible to print the data in the look of the form? Say to mimick a real paper document as if they filled it out with additional information on the bottom of the form for the "office use only" part?

    Hello Brad,

You can achieve that by just printing your form with data already filled in.  That will give you the exact look of your form. I believe that is what you are looking at.

You should add a print button in your form. Here is a guide to help you add a print button in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

OK, thanks. Will it be possible to hide the print button when the person is filling out the form?

Also, if I want to add "office use only" at the bottom of the form is it possible to hide that until I print the form?
