I upgraded my account last week because I was running out of space and my form was working fine all weekend until this afternoon when it is telling me I am out of space and need to upgrade my plan, which I already did and the charge went through. My account now says I never upgraded. Please help ASAP. This is getting ridiculous.

You've made a new order instead of just upgrading your account from our system. I have this fixed - you are now at the Economy Plan. Refund for the last payment made for Premium Monthly is also processed. Expect the refund returned within 4-10 business days.
