Currently using the free version - I was wondering that if we reach 100 submissions in a month do they start to get cut off unless we update or do we have some sort of ample warning time to upgrade our account to a paid version.

When you reach close to your submission limits, we send you a warning email. Once you reach the submission limit we still send you an email with the date/time when your forms will be disabled. This gives you time to upgrade your account and if the account is not upgraded all your forms will be disabled.
The forms will only be reactivated once you upgrade or wait for the 1st day of the next month when the submission limits are reset.
