On my primary account eric_gm_martin when I go into tables I can click a button "Download PDF" .... but when I invite others to view my table, they cannot download PDF.
I have already enabled show print button and show download button under share settings.
So to clarify, people can view the rows within tables itself, but cannot download the PDF which we need (only my account can do that)
Is there something I need to do in order for my coworker to be able to download the PDF?

I was able to replicate that. It seems the PDF download isn't yet implemented on the collaborators end for now. Let me escalate this to our developers. Once this is implemented, we'll inform you here.

By the way, you can try this workaround for now so you can export each submission into PDF using the print function.
1. First, view each submission and click the print button.
2. In the print preview window, select "Save as PDF" in the Destination and click the Save button to save the submission into PDF format.
On Mac, it's pretty much the same, find the option where it says "Save as PDF" in the print window to save the submission as PDF.

It's been about half a year now, so I thought I'd check in again. I appreciate your previous workaround...
But unfortunately whole point of our using JotForm is the ability to generate PDF files that have a specific layout - as opposed to the simple "print as PDF" method you've shown here which leads to an unformatted output.
Has there been any progress on this feature or has it at least been added to a list of features that will eventually be implemented?
Our group needs to know that this will either eventually implemented or not, ideally with timeline estimates so we can make other design decisions. Thanks...

Hi Eric,
I see my colleagues have escalated and sent a follow-up message to our team. Due to various factors, we can't guarantee that it will be implemented. However, if/when our team has an update for you, we will notify you through this ticket.

Hello eric_gm_martin,
We’re writing to let you know that you can now allow your collaborators to download PDF documents in JotForm Tables.
To do this, you need to share the PDF documents you want your collaborators to access from JotForm PDF Editor.
1. Open the PDF Editor and just click the Share button in the header section of JotForm to get started.
2. From the Share modal, you can create a invitation link and select the PDF Documents that your collaborators can access though Tables.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
