How can I can combine 2 submissions into 1 document

Hi there I am a massage therapist that wants to use jot form to do my client files. I have a few different files that I want them to fill out and I’d like to be able to combine them after they submit them.

I saw that you have a combine submissions app but I couldn’t see to figure out how to use it. Any help with this would be great.

Hi there when I try to use the app it asks me to login and then it will say login successful but then it will take me back to the app login page again and that’s as far as I can get?

Could you please try clearing your browser cache? Or try a different browser?
