Shared inbox can't download submissions

    Hi,

    We currently have a medical form that our receptionists log in to receive submissions for.

    We also want to use jotform for our staff evaluations, however cannot have our receptionists viewing these submissions.

    Is there are way to make submissions for a certain form confidential and only viewed by certain people?

    We need the receptionists to be able to view patient medical forms, so having them not able to log in is not an option. Our medical form has been designed in our way that we can only download the pdf version we want to view by logging in. We cannot use any kind of external integration as it does not export in the correct pdf format.

    Please advise.

    If your receptionist logs in to your own account, then she will have the same privilege as the owner. There is no way of restricting the account owner from viewing anything on their account.

    If you just need the receptionist to be able to view the submissions and download the PDF, I suggest you make the receptionist sign up for her own Jotform account, then you can share your Inbox page with her.

    Hi.

    I have done this and shared my inbox with my receptionist.

    When she goes to log in and attempts to download pdf using "blue med form" pdf type that we created, it says we have to wait for an email to be sent advising it is ready for download. Why cant download be automatic?

    Even when we get the email to view the form, the page is coming up with "does not exist".

    PLease advise

    Hi there,

    I cloned the form: https://www.jotform.com/form/203217180257853 filled it out and shared the inbox to a colleague and was not able to download as well.

    I will be forwarding this issue to our developers for further investigation, they will be responding on this support ticket so kindly wait for their reply.
