Is it possible to allow users to complete the form without signing in?

I found your service through Liuna 1059 who's covid assessment tool does not require users to sign in. When I signed up for the free version all the users of my form are required to sign in. Is this something that is not neccessary with a paid version or is there another way around this? I am planning to sign up for the bronze package today.

The default access settings of our forms are Public. You likely set it to Private. But I believe you have sorted it out already. It's now Public Form based on your current settings through the Publish tab of the form builder.
