Unable to login after changing account email

    Good day,

    Made changes today to our account and now having issues logging in.

    Unable to enter into account, formally info@johnmasters.ca, now david@integralsense.com/ IntegralSenseBrands.

    This may also be related to an earlier submission made (10 min ago), regarding payment to upgrade the account, not yet shown.

    Can we please receive support?

    Hello David - I can see that you tried changing the account's email address today but I just checked that it was unsuccessful. Note that you would need to click the verification link that was sent to the former email: info@johnmasters.ca for the account modification to be completed.

    It seems you did not, so the account remains associated with this email: info@johnmasters.ca. Please login to it using the same email address and uncheck this option in the account settings:


    After that, change the email address to david@integralsense.com. No verification will be required.
