nao recebo a ficha preenchida por email

    fiz uma ficha, porem nao recebo a ficha preenchida no email cadastrado. como resolvo este problema?

    You are not getting the notification emails because the email settings of your forms are not quite correct:

    Make sure to update your settings in this way: 

    Sender Name: Choose the Name field of your form.

    Sender Email: Choose noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. You can even setup a custom sender email using any of these methods: 

    Send form emails using your own SMTP server,

    Reply-to Email: Choose the Email field of your form. 

    Your settings must be in this way:
