Hi, our subaccounts can't see the forms that have been shared with them. The main account is snowvalley, the sub account is svstaff. Double checked a number of times and the forms are shared (view only). I have also cleared the browser cache a number of times as well (IE 8) on Win XP. Same thing accours when using Win 7 & IE 9.

Upon checking your account, I am able to see the list of all the forms which is shared with you.
Please click on "My Forms" on the top menu bar and then you should be seeing the "Shared with you" link.
Do check and let us know if after clicking on "My Forms" you are able to see the shared forms.

the screen shot that i uploaded is of what we see when we do your exact instructions. it does work on some pc's but not all. could this be a java issue?

Have you already tried using a different browser than IE? If not, we would recommend to try with Google Chrome. I think the issue is because you are using the old version view of Jotform, use this link to access to MY FORMS page in the new version: https://www.jotform.com/myforms/
