I can click on paypal but then it doesn't ask me for my credentials. When I do the preview form and attempt it's not connected.

I have checked your form and tried to replicate the same issue on my end. Unfortunately, I could not do so. Your PayPal Integration is working as intended. When your users fill your form and click the PayPal button, they will be directed to PayPal to complete the payment process. Please make sure you connect your PayPal payment gateway successfully.

To add PayPal Personal to your form;

1) In the Form Builder, click the Add Form Element and select Payments tab,

2) In the PayPal Standart Integration settings, enter your PayPal accounts credentials. Also, you can choose a Payment Type.

3) If you wish to sell products, click the Create New Product button,

4) Once you click the Create New Product, you can enter the product details. Also, you can add product options like quantity, size, color and etc.
