Unable to reset the password

I set up an account but it tells me my password is incorrect. I try to reset password and click the button and it tells me my "reset code has expired" How do I get this fixed?

I do not see any account associated with the email macshut@gmail.com. Are you referring to any other account? If yes, then please let us know the correct username/email address or form link associated with the account.
