Error 404 when viewing the files.

Hi

I recently submitted a Jotform to Box of Tricks Theatre Company and recieved an email confirmation saying "thank you for your submission" and a copy of my form below with links to the documents I submitted to them.

However when I click the links to view the files it takes me to an error page "Error! 404 Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry."

Does this mean that the documents are inaccessible to them too?

Please make sure that your JotForm account is currently logged in when viewing the files. It's possible that the form owner's privacy setting is configured to view the files when logged in.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I didn't have a Jotform account when I submitted the Jotform to the company. It was embedded on their website where I filled it in and submitted it and received a confirmation email to the address I provided on the form. I never had to log in to an account and have only just created this one to contact support about it.

I have just tried logging in on this account and opening the link but still get the "whoops" error message.

Thank you for kindly notifying us!

If you didn't encounter any error when uploading the files, they will have them no worries.
To the look of it, it looks like they enabled a privacy setting that doesn't allow anyone other than them to access the uploaded file (it is stored on their account).

You should notify them, it doesn't look like they tried to contact us so everything should be fine on their end.
