Submissions: Getting archived despite being on a Silver plan

    The problem with my form has occurred again, I'm missing hundreds of submissions, it was fixed and now it's faulty again.

    Are you experiencing issues with the site today?

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Looks like the your submissions have been archived as I can see you only have 500. But after restoration, it went back to 1,518. Your current plan is silver which should handle 10,000 submissions storage so it's clearly a bug on our end.

    Let me escalate this to our developers for fixing. Once we have update to share, we'll inform you here.
