Incomplete application in now empty (all information done previous is gone)

We use JotForm for our grant applications. This morning I looked in the incomplete forms tab and saw 14 incompletes. I went through to visually see who these non-profits were. One was from Wings Home, I looked at their application (they were about half way done) and just shortly ago they called in a panic because they clicked on the email link to continue their application and it is empty.

I went back in to the incomplete applications and theirs is now empty......

I have had to have her start all over.

Why and how would this happen?

Hello Jennifer - To confirm, how old were the incomplete/saved sessions? Note that it can only be stored for 90 days. If it's still not submitted after the said period, the data in the saved session will be cleared.

Now, if the sessions are still within the 90-day period, does the issue happens to all the sessions? Or to a specific submission only? Could you please share the link so we can also check?
