Emails Not Coming Through Zapier Upon Form Completion

    We are experiencing a problem with our zapier/jotform integration. When a form is being submitted, the email is not being pulled through zapier.

    Do you know why the zap isn't pulling the email?

    Also, sometimes when we have users submitting the form, the form submission is not coming through.

    Good day, which app have you connected to Jotform through Zappier? If data is not sent to the third party app you have zapped with Jotform, please contact Zapier support.

    I have contacted zapier support and the jotform app on zapier was created by jotform so they are not able to do anything.

    Also, form submissions are not always being sent through jotform when users are clicking submit.

    If necessary, I can have our team send over a video of this happening.

    Do you think that the jotform team could take a look at this?

    Yes, we can help you troubleshoot and fix the problem. However, we need more information, such as the app connected to your Zapier integration. Are you sending the submissions to an external database? Based on your other ticket, you have connected some Webhooks. Please let us know.

    Your problem with form submissions not being pulled has been addressed by my colleague through the following ticket: Reply there if the issue persists, and provide us the submission IDs.

    Note that Zapier's update time for integration is not instant. For the Starter plan, the update time is 15 minutes. You have to upgrade your account to the next tier if you wish to lower it to 2 or 1 minute(s).

    Yes, a video is fine. Please upload it to Dropbox or any video hosting sites (Youtube) and send us a link to watch it.
